Most people assume you need years of restaurant experience to run a successful food business. That's true if you're building something from scratch — it's not true for a franchise.

When you buy into a franchise, you're buying a system. The recipes are already developed, the suppliers are already chosen, the equipment is already specified. You don't need to reinvent any of it.

What you do need: the discipline to follow a system, the drive to show up every day, and the people skills to manage a small team. Those aren't hospitality skills — they're human ones.
